My name is Gert Coetzee and I am from Cape Town, South Africa.
I have a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the UFS and I have completed my Professional Practice Examination and registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession. Therefore I am a registered professional with 4 years working experience.
I am currently living and working in Cape Town in the high end residential market but I am looking for opportunities to work remotely and collaborate, both locally and internationally. I would like to explore working on various typologies to further my understanding of architecture and what architecture could be.
Besides architecture I love meeting new people, music and being active. In my free time you’ll find me surfing or hiking.
My love for music has me moonlighting as a DJ at various clubs and events around Cape Town.
I have a love for traveling and new experiences and being exposed to new cultures and ways of life.
