Achievements: We developed a payment control tool in which there was a lot of information leakage and duplicated payments to engineers. This tool was presented as a GREEN BELT PROJECT and saved the organization 21 thousand dollars per year.
Responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing, negotiating, and revising contracts that involve the purchase or sale of goods or services such as equipment, materials, supplies, or products, 20 people in charge to develop the contract business, responsible for meetings, tasks, statistics analysis and group performance. Coaching meetings.
Achievements: Development of a tool for technical language and abbreviated contracts, it was called Acronyms Tool. This reduced the response time of agents.
