- Compiling research and contextual analysis for presentation
purposes using a combination of photographs, hand sketches
and Coreldraw.
- Measuring and drawing of existing buildings using Autocad.
- Developing initial design concepts and sketches using hand
drawings in combination with Coreldraw and Photoshop, Whilst
adhering to building regulations & housing codes to meet the
requirements of the client.
- Liaising with clients to resolve initial design queries and
revisions.
- Developing Hand built models as well as 3D renderings Using
Autocad, Sketchup and 3D Max for Design process &
presentation purposes ranging from small to large scale
buildings.
- Developing technical and detail drawings using Autocad for a
variety of projects ranging from small to large scale buildings.
- Liaising with all other professionals involved in the project.
- Responsible for overseeing projects and revising drawings of
all stages within the projects requirements.
- Submission of building plans to necessary local authorities.
