The concept of the house was defined by the Mediterranean climate. There will be a lot of sun on any site in such district. First of all, the house is located on North side of a site, opening the hottest territory for a garden.

 The house protects inhabitants from the southern sun, thereby forming a shady courtyard. This yard is topped with the pool, which smoothly flows into falls  to a tropical garden.

 The inhabited volume of the house stretches for one level, technical rooms are blocked in a stilobata.
