Located in the rural town of Sandwich, the project holds 30 to 40 units within the site. Inspired by the numerous dutch gable styled architecture in the area, the project takes a new approach to traditional building styles. The project was aimed towards designing a reasonable residence for families of two and four, and one person. Moreover, adjusted to meet basic needs for its occupants. Combined with local urban regulations, local materials and colors, the project showcases three different housing units, while promoting communal interaction with the inclusion of garden allotments.
