Qualifications
●Professional degree in architecture
●Prior project management experience
●Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe CS
●Revit proficiency desired

●Good understanding of building materials and systems
●Experience piloting power tools

Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for the guidance of projects from pre-design/concept through construction completion.
●Pre-design including contract review, programming, code analysis and agency coordination
●Concept development
●Coordination with internal project team and consultants
●Project organization, including ability to track files, drawings, and correspondence
●Organization of drawing packages throughout design, development, bidding and construction
●Material/product research
●Coordination of plan check corrections
●Bidding/negotiation support
●Shop drawing/submittal review
●Keen observation of construction progress and production of field observation reports
●Punch list and project closeout
