Thoughts on Georgia Tech vs UC Berkeley for Urban Design - Please help!

Hello, I am an international student. I have received admission from Georgia Tech and UC Berkeley for Masters in Urban Design program.
According to the ranking, I should go to Berkeley but economically Georgia Tech is better. Berkeley being in San Francisco has its own advantages. I love the curriculum of both universities.
Any insights would be immensely appreciated in terms of University and course as I am finding it difficult to select a college.
