New residence located in the Franklin Hills district of Silverlake. The site was constrained by an irregular shape and previously terraced hillside. The design aims to open itself up to the outdoor space and pull in nature through the use of capturing iconic views of Los Angeles including the downtown LA skyline, Hollywood sign, and Griffith Observatory. Large accordion doors enable a seamless flow of interior and exterior spaces, which elevate the experience of the home to become more integrated within its natural context.
