AE Works, a building design and consulting firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, is excited to announce the promotion of Tiffany Haile, AICP, LEED AP to the role of Associate Principal, Planning + Project Services.  Tiffany, a long-tenured staff member, is the first person to be appointed to a Principal-level role at AE Works.

A Certified Planner and experienced client leader, Haile has years of working with multi-disciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder groups, including Federal, State, and local governments and elected officials, community groups and other regulating bodies to enable consensus, approval, and implementation of projects across the United States, Canada, and Europe. In her seven plus years at AE Works, Haile has led projects spanning over 3.5 million square feet. Many of these projects have been pivotal to firm growth. This experience includes reimagining workplaces post pandemic, facility master plans to support delivery of healthcare in major metropolitan areas, expansion of a National Cemetery, among other life sciences, healthcare and commercial projects.

As Associate Principal, Planning + Project Services, Haile will lead a fast-growing solution offering at AE Works focused on analysis, consulting, management and execution of our clients’ critical building projects. Planning + Project Services delivers solutions that wrap around architecture and engineering to make building projects a better value for our clients.

Haile is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame’s School of Architecture. A Certified Planner with the American Planning Associate, Haile has contributed to planning publications and has been a featured speaker at national and regional industry forums.
