(Pittsburgh, PA - January 2021)  - AE Works, a Pittsburgh-headquartered building design and consulting services firm, is excited to announce the appointment of Mark Logston to the role of Chief Development Officer.  

This new Executive role was announced following AE Works making the 2020 Architecture 300, the list of the largest Architecture firms in the country.   Supporting the firm’s continued growth, this C-suite role will provide executive leadership to support the firm’s growth and client service in private sector markets.

As Chief Development Officer, Logston will establish strategy and influence corporate activities for private sector client relations in sales, marketing, contracts and all other organizational development efforts.

With a career that spans four decades of experience as an Executive in the building and design industry, Logston has overseen $4 billion of hospitality and corporate interior design projects for international organizations including FedEx Ground, Marriott, Hilton in addition to corporate headquarters for Consol Energy and Mylan Pharmaceuticals.    Prior to AE Works, Logston held C-suite positions at Hospitality Furnishings & Design, Inc., a large hospitality interior design & procurement firm working throughout North American and international markets.
