Just around the corner from the mediaeval Linz Gate (Linzer Tor) in close proximity to the city center of St. Pölten, provincial capital of Lower Austria, a new office and shopping building, the LTeins, will be erected.
In the invitational competition, our proposal of a contemporary variation of the townhouse typology came out winning.
