Miami, FL
MIAMI, June 30, 2015 — Berenblum Busch Architecture (BBA), an international architecture, planning and interior design firm, today announced that it has designed “SoFi House,” four high-end multi-storey townhomes, located on the west side of Washington Ave., south of Fifth Street in Miami Beach.
SoFi House, features a series of three similar modern homes, each approximately 2,600 square-feet, and one completely unique townhouse, 2,450 square-feet, which integrates an existing wooden bungalow built in the 1920s that has been historically preserved and completely renovated. The overall architectural motif is clean lines with sophisticated aesthetics enhanced by the subtle use of warm materials.
Each unit includes living area, kitchen, dining area, pantry, three bedrooms, three or four bathrooms, two parking spaces as well as roof-top gardens and terraces with individual pools.
“We are excited to continue to expand our design portfolio of high-end residential projects with the addition of SoFiHouse,” said Claudia Busch, principal of BBA. “This is a unique project that fits in beautifully in the exclusive South of Fifth neighborhood.”
