Architecture firm Dekker/Perich/Sabatini is growing its portfolio in award-winning office design, receiving two merit awards from Engineering New Record Southwest (ENR Southwest). The awards go to Moss Adams Office for the Interiors/Tenant Improvement category and Presbyterian Reverend Hugh Cooper Administrative Center (PHS Cooper Center) for Office/Retail/Mixed-Use.

“We’re excited to receive these honors,” said Andrea Hanson, Principal at Dekker/Perich/Sabatini. “It speaks to our team’s commitment to delivering quality office designs that perform best for our clients.”

Moss Adams relocated its Albuquerque office as part of the company’s nationwide refresh. The public accounting firm moved to an open office floor plan that accommodates collaboration and offers a welcoming environment for both guests and employees. The tenant improvement was designed by Dekker/Perich/Sabatini and constructed by AIC General Contractors. Project management services were provided by CBRE.

PHS Cooper Center is a new 330,000sf headquarters office building that incorporates the latest effective strategies for workforce productivity, recruitment and retention. It promotes wellness of mind, body and spirit. The building, owned by Presbyterian Healthcare Services, was designed by Dekker/Perich/Sabatini and constructed by Enterprise Builders Corporation.

In addition to the ENR Southwest merit awards, Dekker/Perich/Sabatini’s workplace design has been recognized nationally. As one of three winners in NAIOP’s national design competition, Dekker/Perich/Sabatini will be presenting their ideas for the Office of the Future in October.

ENR Southwest, a publication dedicated to the design and construction industries, considers projects in Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico for its Best Projects awards. The winners will be covered in more detail in the magazine’s November issue. For the complete list of winning projects, visit southwest.construction.com.
