The Village was constructed by consortium City Legacy and designed and led by Paul Stallan and Alistair Brand with their former studio. Both Paul and Alistair led the project from 2005 to 2013 when the project was over 50% complete on site. A transformational project that involved many talented people including architects, engineers, surveyors and contractors. 700 homes delivered in 700 days for 7,000 athletes leaving a physical legacy and significant community contribution.
