What was once in the late 1800s a mercantile exchange in Shockoe Bottom is now an expansive 17,500-SF downtown office for law firm Kaplan Voekler Cunningham & Frank. Working closely with lead architect Fultz Architects, Baskervill provided interior design consultative services.
Occupying three of the building's four stories, Kaplan Voekler's new space successfully blends contemporary workspace interiors with rustic elements original to the building, such as exposed wooden supports and brick infrastructure.
