RICHMOND, VA (October 22, 2013) – Baskervill is excited to announce Erin Clapp, healthcare project designer, was recently selected for a Herman Miller Healthcare Scholarship. The program, sponsored by the American Institute of Architects for Health (AAH) and Herman Miller Healthcare, supports interns and young architects. Erin was chosen from a pool of highly qualified national candidates in a qualifications-based selection process for her healthcare design experience and commitment to a future in healthcare architecture.

The scholarship includes Erin's attendance at the HealthcareDesign13 conference in Orlando, Florida, from November 16-19. One of the leading healthcare conferences focused on design, it is touted as the "premier event devoted to how the design of responsibly built environments directly impact the safety, operation, clinical outcomes, and financial success of healthcare facilities."

"I am really looking forward to attending this conference," said Erin Clapp, project designer. "It's a great opportunity to become more knowledgeable about the healthcare industry in order to better serve our clients in the future."
