This involvement allows her to harness the inspiration and knowledge of the organizations members and collaborate with them to make a lasting difference in the industry. In 2020, she was named to the South Florida Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Class, recognizing professionals under 40 who have made an impact in their field of expertise.

“In her time at Stantec, Adriana has made a name for herself as a growth-minded leader, eager to innovate, and deliver quality work while inspiring her colleagues to achieve excel in their professions,” said Leonard Castro, executive vice president for Buildings at Stantec. “Her determination and passion for design combined with her leadership experience will be pivotal as we continue growing our practice and delivering projects for communities worldwide.”
