Luxury Rental Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners Opens Leasing in Rutherford, NJ

Leasing has officially launched for a boutique offering of luxury rental residences and street-level retail space deigned by Minno & Wasko Architects and Plannersin Downtown Rutherford, NJ.    The building is the second residential building at The Parker, a new rental community that has elevated a stretch of Rutherford's bustling Park Avenue.

Mayor Frank Nunziato and fellow municipal officials recently joined Vango Development for a ceremonial ribbon cutting to officially grand open the collection of 60 stylish apartments and contemporary amenities located at 118 Park Avenue. The Parker 118 joins its sister property at 106 Park Avenue which debuted in 2019 with 52 residences and 5,000 square feet of retail space that houses Steven’s Café and Song'E Napule, the popular pizzeria and trattoria that made history last month as the first Rutherford business to obtain a liquor license since the late 1800s. The new building bolster’s the vibrant streetscape with an additional 3,000 square feet of retail space that will include The Salad House and a high-end salon, enriching the conveniences and services for both residents of The Parker and the broader community.
