The Eddy, a striking new residential building on the Passaic River waterfront in Harrison, New Jersey, has launched the second phase of its leasing program, developers Ironstate Development and The Pegasus Group recently announced.

Designed by Front Studio Architects, in collaboration with Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners and BG Studio, The Eddy is an iridescent brick and metal building with a modern industrial aesthetic. It offers contemporary living spaces, a wide variety of indoor and outdoor amenities, and a location that is a short walk or shuttle ride to the Harrison PATH station, where residents can commute to Manhattan in under 20 minutes.

The Eddy’s first phase leased at a rapid pace, prompting the quick opening of the second phase to meet renter demand, according to the Ironstate/Pegasus development team. The new phase includes premium locations, with views of the Harrison waterfront and Newark skyline from select residences.

In total, The Eddy offers 310 studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences at monthly rental rates starting from the $1,500s, inclusive of up to three months free on a 15-month lease, according to The Marketing Directors, the community’s exclusive marketing and leasing agent.
