Richard J. DeMarco, AIA, Principal of Montroy Andersen DeMarco and Richard Cohen, Project Manager who led the design team for 10 Sullivan Street Tower and Townhouses, were interviewed by Audrey Puente from Fox 5 News yesterday to discuss the transformation of the luxury townhouses into designer show houses at 40 and 50 Sullivan Street. Holiday House Design Show raises breast cancer awareness in the design industry. All the proceeds for this event are donated to cancer research.
