MADGI was host to undergraduate Architecture/Interior Design students from Columbia University and Barnard College. Students were invited to participate in a program/orientation on the Practice of "Real World" Architecture. The students were given a broad overview of the experiences typical of Architects and Interior Designers. This included a presentation following a building's path from inception to completion, analysis of case studies representing the design and technical challenges of creating good architecture. The presentation was concluded with a walking tour of MADGI's studios where they were able to observe and interact with the staff. Afterwards, students were taken to 10 Sullivan Street to see a building site in construction.
