The construction of FirstService Residential’s 48,000 SF New York City Headquarters has begun. The new office space will occupy the 9th and 10th floors at Beacon Capital Partner’s 575 Fifth Avenue, a LEED Gold and Fitwel Certified office building in Midtown Manhattan. Construction completion is expected Summer of 2022.
