At the 2024 International Woodworking Fair (IWF) in Atlanta, Ga., REHAU will unveil its largest North American exhibit to date at booth C1962. For the first time, RAUVISIO ingrainTM wood fiber laminate surface will be displayed in a mixed-materials buildout and as large-format samples. The buildout will display RAUVISIO ingrain Nomad Oak, RAUVISIO crystalTM Laguna from the new agate color collection and RAUVISIO noirTM Platinum Sands. Additionally, the booth will include samples of the latest RAUVISIO HouseSM cabinetry program additions including appliance end panels, raw MDF floating shelves and glass inserts for shaker doors. Booth visitors will also get a preview of five new colors within the RAUVISIO terraTM soft HPL surface line, which will launch this fall. With a growing range of surface colors and program additions, REHAU supports cabinet shops with extensive customization options, supporting the creation of made-to-measure spaces that reflect each client’s story.

“We are excited to share our newest surface colors and cabinetry program additions at IWF 2024,” said Jesse Collins, director of marketing and communications at REHAU. “This booth design marks our first-ever tradeshow buildout that integrates various RAUVISIO House surface lines and our robust fabrication capabilities including cabinet doors, floating shelves, compact panels and our newest lamination. Visitors will experience an exciting interplay of materials, featuring a mix of surface colors, textures and edgeband types.”

 About REHAU RAUVISIO House

REHAU RAUVISIO House is a one-stop shop for coordinated laminates, boards, edgeband, fabricated panels and fully-finished cabinet doors, each in a myriad of colors and finishes. From gloss to matte, crystal, natural and metal, cabinet shops can choose from more than 100 finishes across RAUVISIO House surface lines, allowing for custom designs that align with clients’ preferences. These surfaces are transformed by REHAU into fully-finished cabinet doors, delivered in days and arriving ready for hardware fitting and installation.

Within their cabinet door program, REHAU provides fully-finished slab, siena and shaker cabinet doors. Each cabinet door is finished with perfectly matched adhesive-free REHAU LaserEdge™, a zero-joint edging technology that lends an enduring 100% seamless appearance. By providing fully-finished cabinet doors and fabricated panels, REHAU enables cabinet shops to deliver a high-end seamless finish to their clients without investing in a laser and hot-air edgebander.

 About REHAU Edgeband

In addition to REHAU LaserEdge zero-joint technology, the company’s extensive surface-to-edge solutions include REHAU Flex-Edge® semi-rigid edging for covering curves. REHAU edgeband is delivered with an imperceptible color difference of less than 1 Delta E, whether the material is PVC, PP, PMMA or ABS. Their color stability and material resilience support enduring millwork and cabinetry designs.

“REHAU takes pride in being the best surface-to-edge matchmaker in the industry,” said Collins. “With decades of expertise in polymers, pigments and print wheels, our meticulous attention to detail has earned us this elite reputation.”

 About Services for Shops

At the company’s online platform REHAU Marketplace, cabinet and architectural millwork shops can cross-reference, sample and order edgeband or browse the full range of RAUVISIO House surface lines.

“At REHAU Marketplace, you can find anything you need, whether it’s one of the thousands of edgeband colors we have in stock or a custom-made solution,” said Collins. “This modern web shop is an important tool in our commitment to being the one-stop shop for coordinated edgeband, laminates, boards, fabricated panels and fully-finished cabinet doors.”

REHAU takes care of the entire process of making custom cabinet doors and fabricated panels in-house at their Sturgis, Mich. facility. The facility recently introduced a lamination line, building upon the company’s robust cabinet door fabrication capabilities and strengthening service options for cabinet shops.

“Whether our customers need boards and edgeband or made-to-measure cabinet doors, REHAU is equipped to support them,” said Collins. “Now, with the ability to laminate, we’re providing even more customization options and greater flexibility to deliver on a tight time frame.”
