BuildBlock and Mastern America Enter Strategic Partnership for Expanding Large-Scale Commercial Real Estate Development in the U.S.
On the 25th, BuildBlock signed a mutual strategic partnership with Mastern America, the U.S. local subsidiary of Mastern Investment Management, to expand their joint commercial real estate development projects. BuildBlock will offer comprehensive real estate development services in the U.S. to Korean companies seeking to enter the American market, including site acquisition for real estate development, master planning, permitting, construction, and post-development operations.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Mastern America will handle financial procurement, network support, and asset management in joint development projects with BuildBlock. BuildBlock, in turn, will provide essential information and networking in areas such as real estate, architecture, permitting, and construction. Both BuildBlock and Mastern America are committed to actively assisting Korean companies in their large-scale mixed-use real estate developments in the U.S., particularly in establishing offices, factories, and logistics facilities, in line with the U.S. government's Reshoring policy as part of the global supply chain reorganization.
