Coorlas Architecture is a thoughtful Architecture and Design Studio servicing the Chicagoland and North Shore area. We specialize in exclusive custom home design and distinctly branded retail spaces. Each project begins by exploring new boundaries, discovering unique perspectives, and redefining antiquated architectural styles, standards & techniques. Our mission is to promote thought by creating meaningful experiences through design and architecture.

Founder Stephen Coorlas, NCARB is a registered architect and licensed in Illinois with +15 years of design and construction experience on projects across the globe. While receiving his Master of Architecture at the University of Illinois Chicago, Stephen attended the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia in Spain and trained in advanced design and digital fabrication technologies. His cultured architectural background combined with an intimate knowledge of construction & 3D modeling is at the core of Coorlas Architecture’s unique offerings.
