Wyzendale is excited to have been selected from a pool of 144 applicants to the City of Chicago's Neighborhood Opportunity Fund (NOF) approved, professional technical assistance provider list.

The NOF uses funds generated by new development in and around the Loop to catalyze investment in Chicago’s West, Southwest and South Sides and support commercial corridors.

As members of a diverse, economically-growing community, Wyzendale believes that thoughtful, high-quality design should be accessible to all, especially within neighborhoods and populations that may have historically been underserved.

In collaboration with Detroit-based Bold Studio Design, we are eager to work alongside grantees and use our expertise to assist with bringing projects that have a catalytic impact on their respective neighborhood to life.
