The Ritz-Carlton Residences, slated for completion fall of 2019, will unveil the designs of Michele Bönan, an Italian author of exceptional creations in properties around the world, from his award-winning work on Hotel Continentale in Florence to Cipriani Restaurant in Miami.

Featuring 250 feet of pristine beachfront with no hotel on the premises, the highly anticipated tower, which will be managed by The Ritz-Carlton, has been a draw for high-end buyers in the U.S. and around the world -- singling-out the building for its resort-like amenities and five-star services.

The ultra-high-end condominium, which comprises 212 residences, broke ground in June of 2016.  The signature curvilinear silhouette of the tower, crafted by Arquitectonica, is a standout on the horizon – a design uniquely inspired by the tower’s prime location overlooking the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, as well as the rolling dunes of the adjacent beach.

The project, located at 15701 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, is a joint-venture between real estate development firms Fortune International Group and The Château Group

Airy and sunlit interiors of each residence by acclaimed Florentine architect Michele Bönan will complement the exterior, blending the spirit of modern-day Miami with its rich architectural past.

Each residence is fitted with high-tech kitchens featuring Gaggenau products supplied by La Cuisine Appliances, which offers unique education and maintenance service options for buyers. The worked closely with the developers to select the most state-of-the-art and forward-thinking new appliances, such as Gaggenau steam ovens, which speaks to ultra-luxury demands for wellness lifestyle throughout.

Other amenities of the condominium include  a private club level on the 33rd floor – inclusive of a library, private dining room and kitchen and eight individual guest suites (exclusive to owners for personal visitors), a bar for sunset cocktails, lounge area and terrace.  There will also be a beach restaurant, pool deck, kids club, spa, fitness center and wellness center, among other top-line amenities. Additional highlights in each residence -- all of which are smart home technology-ready -- will include walk-in closets, laundry rooms with full-size washers and dryers, and pre-wiring for high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi.  Penthouses will feature lush garden terraces spanning 2,000 sq. ft. – 4,000 sq. ft., private pools and summer kitchens, custom-designed Italian cabinetry, service quarters, and well-appointed master suites.

The Residences will range in size from 1,600 to 3,600 square feet, and 6,300 square feet for Penthouse homes, with prices starting at $2.5 million.  Occupancy is slated for 2019.

The new sales gallery is located at 15800 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Fla. 33160. For additional information about The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, call 305.894.1763 or visit, http://www.theresidencessunnyislesbeach.com
