PHILADELPHIA, PA (March 07, 2023) – E4H Environments for Health Architecture is excited to announce the opening of its new office in Philadelphia, PA. As the Nation’s largest architecture firm solely dedicated to healthcare and health science + technology facility design, E4H is excited to support current and future clients in Philadelphia and the surrounding region, including Main Line Health, Cooper University Health Care, and ChristianaCare. Philadelphia and the greater Delaware Valley is a thriving hub of medical and educational excellence; home to cutting edge academic medical centers, health and wellness providers, and health science facilities.

This expansion within Philadelphia includes the addition of Senior Associate Richard Carroll, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, joining Partners Cherise Poulin, AIA, and John Rodenbeck, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, EDAC, to enhance E4H’s presence in the Delaware Valley. His experience includes planning and feasibility studies, mixed-use, adaptive reuse, renovations, and new construction services and projects. Richard has worked on projects from coast to coast and has garnered national recognition for his designs.

“We highly value our Delaware Valley region clients and are excited to bring additional resources to serve these amazing institutions,” said John Rodenbeck. Cherise Poulin echoed Rodenbeck, adding “It’s a natural progression for E4H to service Greater Philadelphia, an acclaimed Med/Ed region. Harnessing our health design thought leadership and dedication to advancing environments which affect modern medicine, E4H is excited to collaborate with the outstanding health providers across the Delaware Valley.”
