Developer Milton Fantin and the Fantin companies (Urban Property Developers and Urban Property Managers) made the milestone announcement following the successful launch of leasing at the striking 16-story property which offers 297 meticulously crafted studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences at net effective monthly rents starting from the $2,700s.  Limited-time Grand Opening incentives that include up to two months free rent are currently being offered.
