The 30,000-square-foot, 20-exam-room facility is located in the northwest part of the city, at 1535 Vann Drive. "This is an expansion of our services we have been providing in Jackson and shows our dedication to our families in West Tennessee," said hospital spokesman David Henson.
Project architects were Memphis-based Br3gs Architects, Bottletree Design Group and Allen & Hoshall Inc. Milan, Tennessee-based Fisher Construction was the general contractor.
Le Bonheur Children's Hospital is ranked No. 3 on MBJ's hospital list with 2,700 local full-time employees, excluding medical staff.
