During a meeting in January 2014, it became apparent to the Partners that with an ever-growing and dynamically diverse team at WW+P came outstandingly creative ideas.

WW+P therefore decided to give voice to this unexplored and invaluable source by way of a monthly gathering called Friday Ideas – which later became ‘Frideas’.

Frideas are a monthly creative gathering of all office staff, regardless of skills and specialisms, entrusted with one simple brief; to come up with an idea to create a better world and improve people’s lives. Staff are given 3 minutes to sell their idea with one A3 sketch/design pinned up.

Ideas range from transportation & housing designs directly pertinent with our work, to gadgets for the modern city dweller
Our Frideas also use topical themes about London, hence our latest event was based on the challenges the housing crisis has brought to our city.
