Amenta Emma Architects welcomes Timothy Reagen, AIA, as Senior Project Architect in the Boston office. With an extensive background in housing affordability and urban development, he brings over twelve years of experience to our team. Tim’s passion for housing affordability in urban projects has resulted in the creation of over 2,300 new homes across Boston and Cambridge. His work spans commercial, multi-family, and mixed-use projects, showcasing his versatility and expertise in all project phases, from Concept Design through Construction Administration.

Tim graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Architecture from the University at Buffalo. During his time at the university, he also worked for UB Sustainability as a Student Assistant, where he actively contributed to the university’s efforts to achieve carbon neutrality and implement various sustainable initiatives. His commitment to sustainable practices aligns seamlessly with Amenta Emma’s dedication to environmental responsibility.

Throughout his career, Tim has volunteered with Abundant Housing Massachusetts and the ACE Mentorship Program, further demonstrating his passion for creating more accessible and affordable housing options, as well as diversity in the architecture, construction, and engineering fields.
