Amenta Emma Architects is pleased to announce that 540 New Park has received a Merit award from AIA Connecticut in the 2023 Design Awards program. The 52-unit mixed-use, multi-family, multi-generational building, designed for LEED Silver equivalency, is a testament to the firm's commitment to innovative and sustainable design. Amenta Emma partnered with Trout Brook Realty Advisors, a non-profit developer for the West Hartford Housing Authority, to bring this project to life. The building has transformed a former industrial area into a vibrant community space, proving that it’s a fantastic place to live.
