With leasing well underway for 7 Seventy House and the building’s first 100 residents having taken occupancy, developer Bijou Properties and partner Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation have released new photos of the world-class amenities and fully-furnished models at the 424-home luxury rental on Hoboken, N.J.’s burgeoning west side.

7 Seventy House recently received a 2019 Excellence Award in Sustainable Development from The Urban Land Institute-Northern New Jersey (ULI-NNJ) in recognition of the responsible development tactics and smart growth practices utilized to conceptualize and complete the upscale rental building.
