The Hazel Designed by Fogarty Finger Architecture Now 65% Leased in Jersey City, NJ's Bergen Lafayette

Developers Alpine Residential and FieldsGrade have announced The Hazel, the new luxury rentals in Jersey City’s historic Bergen-Lafayette, has leased 65% of its 114 upscale apartment homes.   The development team had tapped Fogarty Finger Architecture to design the six-story building which is a signature addition to a dynamic neighborhood setting known for its eclectic art, dining, and nightlife scene and accessibility to Liberty State Park, Downtown Jersey City, and Manhattan.
