On November 14, 2013 Wiel Arets will be in conversation with Phyllis Lambert, the Founding Director and Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Canadian Centre for Architecture (CCA) in Montréal. Lambert graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) in 1963 and was the Director of Planning for the Seagram Building in New York City (1954–58) designed by Mies van der Rohe–the development of which is documented in her recently released book entitled Building Seagram (Yale University Press, 2013).
