The AvB Tower is situated on the Anne van Buerenplein, which serves as the lobby for this hybrid tower in the center of The Hague. With a program of 400 student 'guest-rooms’–with the first five floors combining retail, lobby, restaurant, offices, lecture hall, and library–the building will become the newest home of the University of Leiden, providing its student residents with accommodations featuring floor-to-ceiling sliding tinted glass panels, which provide views to the square, the skyline of The Hague, and the North Sea beyond.
