Today in Chicago, autumn semester officially begins at the Illinois Institute of Technology's (IIT) College of Architecture (CoA). Since 2013, the college has refocused its curriculum, toward metropolitan concerns, and since 2014, has disseminated its events through its new website, alongside its redesigned print and digital identity, for which it is becoming increasingly recognized; also in 2014, the CoA launched the MCHAP Award for the best architecture in the Americas, and the Louis Vuitton Spark Award for student work, and in 2015 will participate in the inaugural Chicago Architecture Biennial.
