PALM DRIVE  gets its name from the 80’ feet driveway which leads to the built up area of the house .Palm Trees  and other exotic flowering plants are grown on either side of the drive way  giving a very grand entrance. This long driveway also shuts the noise pollution from the busy road.

IMPORTANT design elements are long slit windows both horizontal and vertical, flat cantilevered roofs giving a floating roof effect , large windows which allow ample light into the built form , temple tree courtyard, water body at the entrance, semi open veranda which acts as a transition space from the exterior to the interior space and most importantly the palm driveway.
