This was a Café that wanted to open, it was envisioned by a great business man that brought great change to how business was conducted in Tijuana since the 1960's, this man almost made his last business venture come true, almost. It is located on the main street leading down to the boardwalk in the seaside community of Playas de Tijuana and it currently operates as a pasta and salad restaurant.
