This adaptive reuse project took an old 5,000 SF bank building and removed all partitions and mechanical and electrical systems down to the existing brick walls and exposed the roof structure.  The old vault was the only element left intact.  All new systems included new office partitions, work stations, exposed ductwork, lighting, stairs, office furniture, and well as fixtures, furnishings, and equipment.
