Recent years has seen the appetite for the burger re-establish itself from its lowly ranks at the fast food joint earning itself a place on several of today’s  gourmet menu. The brief for this kick-off  diner chain was to design a space that would reflect the simplicity and modesty of Just Burger’s concept and menu.

Just Burger is located in central St Julian’s. Much like everything on the menu, the  design is clean functional and fresh, with an added  Scandinavian sensibility, funnelling diners towards the service counter at the back. The main choice of ingredients utilised include -terrazzo floors, concrete benches and rough timber cladding.. They provide a raw ambience that is further enhanced by details such as metro tiles, perforated metal surfaces, industrial light fittings and water pipes.
