Zenith Architecture was appointed the lead architect for remodeling a large hotel located in the popular island of Corfu - Greece. The imposing four-star hotel called for major remodeling to meet the standards of a contemporary boutique hotel and to be upgraded to a five-star luxury destination. The development incorporates more than 200 rooms and suites, two swimming pools, two restaurants and a gym - spa center. Currently under designing phase, the project will be completed and ready to welcome its guests at the beginning of the next touristic season - spring 2014.
