280 Elizabeth street is a 180 unit mixed use multifamily apartment complex located in a former warehouse industrial area in the Historic Inman Park neighborhood. The area has experienced a rapid redevelopment from the industrial warehouses to be a hub of multifamily housing, restaurants and retail. this development has been due to the projects proximity to downtown and midtown Atlanta and the Belt-line, a reclaimed rail pathway that will form a transit ring around the city.
Services provided were visualization assistance including massing studies and facade development. Retail design studies. and providing support for Urban Design Commission approval and neighborhood engagement to arrive a design that address the scale of the adjoining historic Inman neighborhood. Collaborations resulted in the development of appropriate scalar responses and uses
