How do you turn an outdated 1970s resort condo into a modern retreat?
By opening up the walls, insulating the structure and installing all new, healthy finishes.
A large central feature separates the kitchen and living room while also concealing a secret wine cabinet. A workspace desk grows off of this cabinet.
Features: FSC certified wood, zero VOC paints & sealants, recycled glass tiles, soy based insulation, no added formaldehyde wood and cabinetry, dual flush toilets, invisible shower drains, Solatube skylights.
