Memorial Hills is a luxury apartment complex in Houston, TX, owned by Gables Residential.  Apollo BBC was the exterior wall and roofing consultant throughout the design and construction of the facility for the owner.  In this capacity, we performed an array of services including third-party design peer review of the building's enclosure and mechanical systems, onsite observation of building enclosure systems installation, and problem resolution throughout the project.
