The building is designed as an extension to Allies and Morrison studios in Southwark Street and involves the refurbishment of a Grade II listed Victorian warehouse and the construction of a new extension at the rear.

The refurbishment works created open plan spaces with exposed riveted steel columns and brick walls. The top floor was extended with a new pitched roof formed by flitch beams. The new extension is built in exposed cross laminated timber and includes a new modelshop, a double height meeting room and a landscaped roof terrace.

At the centre of the site is a new core overlooking a courtyard, linking the three Allies and Morrison studio buildings.
