The site sits on top of the hillside terrace overlooks the panoramic sea view of the Golden coast. NOA works closely with the client to develop the vision of a house for Eco dwelling with various smart technologies and environmental strategies such as heat pump air conditioning, air quality and humidity control, stack effect for natural ventilation, solar shades, green roof, rigid foam insulated shell, advanced home automation and security, etc.  The design poses a new attitude towards modern eco living, besides the high tech strategies, the design also emphasizes on the high touch aspects for a sensual and comfortable living environmental. The five elements have been used in its design language to give a sense of natural and timeless touch in balance with the cutting edge building technologies.  NOA deliver full service from concept to construction phase, including landscape an interior design. The house itself also serves as a design prototype for later investment projects.
