As part of the creation of a new 6.6-acre waterfront park in Wilmington, NC, Sage, and Coombe are designing a 7,000 person capacity outdoor stage and music venue, complete with a state-of-the-art, 4,000 sq ft stage and back of house support buildings. The project is in collaboration with landscape architects Hargreaves Associates and part of the City of Wilmington’s Vision 2020 plan outlining a plan for downtown development.
