The client needed a place for his daughter and I was assigned to this project. With a small field and a reduced budget was built a one level house with optimum orientation to achieve naturally the capture of the prevailing winds and reducting solar radiation.
Vehicular and pedestrian access are separate but still received by the same garden. Inside you can see basically three areas, social, private and services. As we enter the room and kitchen overlooking a private garden. The private area is segregated by a wall tha tdoes not reach the ceiling and divide the room from the study.
All spaces overlook a garden.
